About Mesquite Tree Gifts
Kay
is a native of Fort Stockton. She moved away to study and
marry, then came home to offer the town her knowledge of business.
After she worked to revitalize the old downtown area of Fort Stockton,
she wanted to join the business community she'd helped to
energize. A gift shop was the ideal way for her to share her love
of beauty with the people of her home town.

Shipping Methods and Charges
We ship orders via UPS Standard Ground within the Continental
U.S. We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. UPS requires
a physical address to complete their shipments.

We offer Next Day Air and 2 nd Day Air shipping: please
contact us at 866-233-9746 for the exact charges.
Your order will ship within 48-72 hours after we receive
it, IF your selections are in stock. We will notify you if
the items you have ordered are NOT in stock, with an approximate
availability date. We will make every effort to ship your
orders as soon as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card if the item is NOT in
stock, and notify you when the item is available; your credit card will then be charged for
the item.
Gift Recipients
Your selections can be shipped directly to a gift recipient
by us. Please enter the Name, Street Address, City, Zip,
Phone Number with area code in the “Shipping Information” fields.
You may add a short message with your gift order, also.
Enter this information in the “Comments/Gift Message” box
on the check out page. We will include this on a gift card
with your gift.
Payments
We accept the following as on-line payment for your order:

Note: For all credit card payments, the billing address
you indicate must match exactly the billing address your
credit card company has on file.
(We also offer other methods of off-line payment such
as Money Orders Cashier’s Checks and Personal Checks
(Your order will not ship until your check clears our bank.)

Return Policy
We will gladly exchange your purchase if it is returned
to us in the original packaging within 30 days after you
receive it. Returns must be in like-new condition, with all
the original tags and in their original boxes.
All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid.
We do NOT offer refunds unless the merchandise is defective.
We do NOT offer exchanges on sale items. All sales are final
if the price has been reduced!
Damaged Shipments
If you receive a package that is damaged in shipment, we
will file a claim with UPS. Please contact us immediately
by either phone: 866-233-9746 or service@mesquitetreegifts.com.
You must keep ALL the original packing/boxes until a driver
can inspect it, or until you are notified by us to dispose
of it and its contents. Any damage must be reported to MESQUITE
TREE GIFTS customer service within 48 hours after it is
received.
Refused shipments
Shipments that are refused without prior authorization,
or that are returned to us because the address is invalid,
are subject to a 15% restocking fee PLUS applicable
shipping fees.

of sensitive information between you and Mesquite Tree Gifts

to complete that order. When shipping gifts, we use the
